If you encounter a problem with any of the tools — such as a file format that does not work as expected, a browser compatibility issue, or a visual bug — please let us know. When reporting a bug, include as much detail as possible:

• Which tool you were using
• The type of image file (format, approximate size)
• Your browser and operating system
• What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened

Feature Requests

We are a small team building and maintaining TUXIA. We read every message and aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Bug reports that include reproduction steps and screenshots help us respond faster and more effectively.
