Technical Notes

  • Higher error correction levels (Q, H) allow the QR code to remain readable even if part of it is covered or damaged, but they increase the module count and make the code denser.

  • QR code colors must maintain sufficient contrast. Dark foreground on light background works best. Avoid light colors on white backgrounds or dark colors on black backgrounds.
